You as the buyer will never be able to communicate directly with the seller. The reason is for your safety. If you have a part enquiry about the product. Motorcycle Products will verify the enquiry and send on to the Seller. When the seller reply’s the same process will be followed. This keeps you safe and you can be sure that you will get the correct answers that you need.

Please note: Private meet up of parts delivery and cash exchange will not be allowed. Our interest is to keep you safe so all parts will be couriers. There is no benefit or extra costs to you as the buyer other then courier fees as per seller.

How doe the process work once one of your products/parts have sold?

As said before you as the seller and the buyer our biggest priority is your safety. Unlike other online selling platforms we will not allow the meeting of sellers and buyers in private. Thus you can sell with confidence and be safe. Every listing gets checked if part/products info sold is correct. Once your part sell you will be notified of this action and Motorcycle Products will then intervene on your behalf. We will collect payment and shipping costs as you have stipulated.

Once we have conformation of payment from the buyer we will notify you and you can send the part with courier of postal services. Don’t have courier? No issue, Motorcycle Products can arrange courier on your behalf at a small fee. You need to supply tracking details in your dashboard section to the buyer.

Once the Buyer is satisfied with the partor parts or 3 days after arts have been delivered you as seller can then request your payout to your bank.

Why we do this is to make sure the buyer is satisfied and correct parts have been delivered.

In the case where the buyer is not satisfied, Motorcycle Products will request detailed pictures and reasons of this issue. IF we feel that the buyer is not reasonable we will continue the payout of your sale. If the Seller is in the wrong Motorcycle Products will then collect the part or part’s from the buyer and will be in contact with the seller concerning the next steps. The BUYER WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL including the shipping costs.

What is the cost to you as Seller to sell your parts?

Motorcycle Products main aim is to get parts sold and to get your parts sold. If buyers can see what is available, it will sell easier!!!
